Tim Stevenson, Esq. – Attorney

Tim Stevenson has been a licensed attorney since 2014, focusing his practice on Estate Planning. His passion for teaching is evident in the way he explains complex topics in a clear and understandable manner. His extensive knowledge of advanced insurance and financial products provides significant value to the individuals and families he serves.
Tim attended Cooley Law School on a full academic scholarship and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2014. Prior to entering the legal profession, he built a successful 15-year career with Michigan Farm Bureau Insurance, earning numerous awards. He entered the insurance industry after teaching math and science for three years in Michigan, where he also coached basketball and served as an assistant coach for the Covert High School State Championship Boys Basketball team.
Tim graduated Summa Cum Laude from Spring Arbor College with a double major in Chemistry and Mathematics, a minor in Physics, and a Secondary Teaching degree.
In 2016, Tim and his wife moved their family to Estero, Florida, seeking warmer weather and new opportunities.
Tim and his wife, Diane, were married in 1997. They have two sons in college, Drew and Zach. Their older son, Drew, will graduate from UCF in May 2026 and plans to marry his fiancé in the spring of 2027. Tim and Diane are excited about this next phase of life and watching their family grow. In his free time, Tim enjoys playing and coaching basketball, spending time with family, and traveling.
