Hector Otero – Intake Specialist

Hector Otero is an Intake Specialist at Safe Harbor Law Firm. Hector developed a strong interest in technology from an early age and ultimately earned his degree in Computer Systems Engineering in 2009. His technical foundation, combined with his problem-solving mindset, allows him to approach client interactions with efficiency, organization, and attention to detail.

Before joining Safe Harbor, he dedicated 9 years to logistics, working with the U.S. Army and the Department of Defense, supporting our troops by coordinating and transporting equipment and military vehicles between bases for operations and training.

In addition to his professional background, Hector has an entrepreneurial spirit. He previously owned and operated an import and wholesale business in Venezuela before relocating to the United States. He currently co-manages a local business in Naples alongside his life partner, continuing to build on his business acumen.

Driven by a desire to serve others, Hector is passionate about being part of an organization where he can serve and help his local community. He is proud to contribute to Safe Harbor Law Firm’s mission of helping individuals during challenging times.

Outside of the office, Hector enjoys lifting weights at the gym and traveling. He is a dedicated family man who values quality time with his life partner, their two children, and their golden retriever, Sandy.
