Matthew Malay – Receptionist

Matthew Malay is a Receptionist for Safe Harbor Law Firm with over seven years’ experience in client-facing roles providing exceptional customer service and takes pride in being a welcoming first point of contact. He graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor of Science in Management, where he developed strong communication, research, and problem-solving skills that contribute to his professional success and allow him to support clients with professional and attentive service through all stages of their estate planning journey.

 Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending his time playing the guitar, attending live concerts, and bowling. As a lifelong resident of Southwest Florida, he also enjoys going to  the beach and hiking local nature trails.
