Nina Villanueva – Intake Supervisor

Nina serves as the Intake Supervisor at Safe Harbor Law Firm. An AB Psychology graduate with a diverse professional background, Nina brings experience in client relations and business development. She oversees the intake team, helps ensure a positive client experience from the first point of contact, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the firm’s growth.

Outside of work, Nina is a devoted wife and mother of two daughters. She enjoys traveling, playing table tennis, and is a coffee enthusiast. Mountain climbing is one of her favorite activities, where she finds both physical challenge and peace in nature. Nina is driven, dedicated, and always eager to learn and grow in all aspects of her life.
