Andy Baker serves as the Firm Administrator of Safe Harbor Law Firm, where he supports his wife and founding attorney, Pam Baker, Esq., in advancing the firm’s mission to deliver compassionate, high-quality estate planning and elder law services throughout Southwest Florida. While Pam leads the legal vision and client service approach, Andy brings over 15 years of business, marketing, and financial experience to ensure the firm runs smoothly and grows strategically. Andy’s background spans both client advisory and entrepreneurial leadership. He has worked extensively with business owners, professionals, and families on legacy planning and asset protection. At Safe Harbor, he focuses on the operational, marketing, and administrative systems that enable the legal team to serve clients at the highest level.
Business & Marketing Leadership
Andy oversees the firm’s marketing, referral outreach, and internal operations. His efforts have helped establish strong professional networks with financial advisors, healthcare providers, and other community partners who trust Safe Harbor to care for their clients. Through a combination of process improvement, team support, and strategic planning, Andy helps ensure that Safe Harbor remains both client-focused and growth-oriented—without losing its personal, heart-led approach.

Community & Personal Life
Andy and Pam live in Naples with their daughter and two sons. Outside of the office, Andy enjoys boating, traveling, and playing golf. He is actively involved in local chambers and Business Network International (BNI), where he has served in multiple leadership roles. His work is guided by a strong commitment to family, integrity, and service to others.
