Pam Baker is the founder of Safe Harbor Law Firm and a Board Certified Elder Law Attorney, a distinction awarded by The Florida Bar recognizing her expertise, experience, and commitment to excellence in elder law. In addition to serving clients, she works closely with the firm’s attorneys each day, mentoring them while instilling the high standards and advanced planning strategies reflected in her board certification. She is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate estate planning, asset protection, long-term care planning, and probate with clarity and confidence.
Pam earned her degree in Chemical Engineering, magna cum laude, an achievement that reflects her strong analytical mindset and disciplined approach to problem-solving. She brings that same precision and thoughtfulness to designing comprehensive estate plans that protect assets, preserve family harmony, and provide peace of mind for her clients.

Pam is also a champion golfer, having been a varsity player at Tulane University where she was inducted into the Hall of Fame. She was an All-American golfer, a three-time Conference USA Player of the Year, and recognized as Student-Athlete of the Year. Her dedication, discipline, and competitive spirit on the course reflect the same level of commitment she brings to serving her clients.
Originally from the Chicago area, Pam has lived year-round in Naples, Florida since 2005. When she has free time, she enjoys golfing, spending time at the beach, and traveling with her family, including her husband Andy and their three children, ages 16, 18, and 7.
