Jessica Maristany – Probate and Signing Paralegal

Jessica earned her Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and her Master’s degree in Criminology from the University of Miami. Born and raised in Miami, she began her legal career working at an insurance law firm, where she gained valuable experience in the legal field.

In 2023, Jessica relocated to Fort Myers with her husband and continues to grow her legal career in Southwest Florida. Outside of work, she enjoys shopping, exploring new restaurants, and golfing with her husband.
