Sheila Condomina – Administrative & Client Relations Manager

Sheila serves as the Administrative & Client Relations Manager at Safe Harbor Law Firm. She oversees office operations, client relations, process improvement initiatives, and firm-wide administrative support. Sheila earned her Bachelor of Science in Management from Hodges University, graduating summa cum laude. Prior to joining Safe Harbor, she spent 16 years with Arthrex, a leading medical device company.

A Florida native, Sheila enjoys traveling, attending comedy shows, and spending quality time with her husband, children, family, and friends. She is passionate about creating exceptional client experiences, fostering strong relationships, and supporting team development.
