Lauren Anselm, Esq. – Attorney

Lauren Anselm is a respected Attorney at Safe Harbor Law Firm in Naples, where she focuses her practice on estate planning for individuals and families. She is dedicated to designing tailored estate plans that preserve wealth, protect family legacies, and facilitate the seamless transfer of assets across generations. Recognizing that every client’s circumstances and objectives are unique, Lauren approaches every client relationship with the understanding that estate planning is an opportunity to provide clarity, preserve family harmony, and create a lasting legacy for all her clients.

Prior to joining Safe Harbor Law Firm, Lauren served as an Attorney with Legal Aid Service of Collier County in the Children’s Unit, where she represented abused, abandoned, and neglected children as a court-appointed Attorney Ad Litem in dependency proceedings. She also represented clients in a broad range of family law matters, navigating complex legal and interpersonal issues with sound judgment and compassion. Earlier in her career, Lauren developed a strong foundation in private practice, preparing estate planning documents, advising clients on estate administration and real estate transactions. Her breadth of experience enables her to deliver comprehensive, forward-looking legal strategies tailored to each client’s personal, financial, and familial objectives.

Lauren graduated from Ave Maria School of Law after receiving her undergraduate degree in Political Science, with a minor in International Development Studies, from the University of Montana. While completing her undergraduate studies, she competed as an NCAA Division I student-athlete on the university’s women’s tennis team. During law school, Lauren served as a research assistant and advanced clinical student in the Human Trafficking Law Clinic, where she advocated on behalf of vulnerable individuals.

Outside the office, Lauren and her husband are devoted supporters of animal rescue efforts throughout Southwest Florida. Together, they have fostered and rehabilitated numerous animals in need and regularly volunteer with local rescue organizations. Originally from South Africa, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband in Naples, being outdoors, and giving back to the area they are happy to call home.
