Brittany Cocchieri is an associate attorney at Safe Harbor Law Firm. Brittany graduated from The State University of New York at Oneonta with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice before moving down to Florida to be closer to her grandparents. Brittany graduated cum laude from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples. During her time at Ave Maria, Brittany earned book awards in her legal writing and legal analysis classes and was also a full academic scholarship recipient. Brittany served as the Executive Notes Editor of the Ave Maria Law Review and has been published by the Ave Maria Law Review. Prior to joining the Safe Harbor team, Brittany litigated contract disputes related to homeowner’s insurance policies across Florida and also served as an Assistant State Attorney for the 20th Judicial Circuit of Florida prosecuting criminal matters. During her free time, Brittany enjoys going to the beach, running, and spending time with her husband and their dog and two cats.
